The internet is a marvelous place.
You can connect with anyone who shares your views or has unique views of their own on topics you’re interested in, and you can find them by searching those exact topics.
People who you might’ve never linked up with otherwise.
That’s how I met Jaya Rose.

I found her by searching for people in the storytelling space (On the app Clubhouse initially, but then connected with her on Instagram and TikTok).
But the real reason I found her is because she knows how to position herself in a way to be found by people searching for what she has to offer.
In fact, she’s excellent at it. And she helps others become great at it, too.
Jaya is a speaking & branding coach for people who are ready to master storytelling, turn their message into movement, and become visible in their online business.
She focuses on creating what she calls “soulfans,” which you can probably understand immediately, and as she says, “skipping past the know, like, and trust and going straight to love.”
She and I both believe that before anyone else can love you and be your soulfan, you need to fall in love with yourself -- all good, bad, and ugly things.

Because ultimately, loving yourself will allow you to show up as authentically you and attract the people who are seeking out what you have to offer. But knowing and loving all of yourself -- the good, bad, and ugly things -- make you find the best way to carry out your vision.

Jaya does things differently. If batching content doesn’t work, she creates content spontaneously. Doesn’t matter, because she still consistently shows up. She has found what works for her and built her business around that.
And that’s what I want you to learn from this episode -- how to take your story and build something greater out of it.
There is no one size fits all. There is not one path. You are special and you can do this, too.
I am proof of it myself. But I look up to and learn from people like Jaya, so I’m happy to have the opportunity to introduce you to her, if you don’t know her already.
If you feel called to create something greater, to make an impact on your community and the world around, or to build a business out of creating value for your soulfans, this is the episode for you!
